Mr. Geiwitz is a founder and principal of Orion Financial Corp., and has actively been involved in financial management for over 35 years. Prior to forming Orion, Mr. Geiwitz was Vice President and Manager of a commercial lending division which handled manufacturing, wholesaling and leasing companies at Norwest Bank, Minnesota, and also worked in the Loan Administration Division of Norwest Corporation (now Wells Fargo Corporation).

Mr. Geiwitz is a board member of the following companies: Idea Drilling LLC, Lake Air Metal Products LLC, Lake Air Metal Stamping LLC d/b/a Taber Bushnell, Midwest Financial Services LLC, Orion Financial Corp., and Yale Mechanical LLC. Mr. Geiwitz also serves on the board of the non-profit organization, Hope Centers for Children of Africa. Mr. Geiwitz is a cum laude graduate of Mankato State University with a double major in Mathematics and Business Administration/Finance.
