About Orion Financial Corp.
OFC Intermediary Services
Orion Financial Corp. was founded in 1982 by Alan R. Geiwitz. Since that time, Orion Financial Corp. has completed over 200 transactions and maintained a standard of performance seldom equaled in boutique investment banks. Orion credits its success and longevity to client relationships. Of the last 50 deals done at Orion, 75% were from repeat clients or referrals from those clients and their advisors.
Orion works with a broad range of business clients. Most Orion Financial Corp. clients are Middle Market Companies with annual revenues of $10 million to $100 million, and headquarters or operations in the Upper Midwest.
Orion Financial Corp. clients deal only with an experienced Principal who handles all facets of an engagement to receive our professional approach and level of expertise typically only available in much larger transactions. Our Principals provide a mixture of disciplined analytics and seasoned business candor, critical to optimize the opportunities for our clients.
Our Principals have direct experience as a lender, investor, and seller of businesses to be able to share first-hand knowledge of all aspects of transactions with Orion clients. This perspective allows Orion to understand the priorities and expectations of the party on the other side of the table. Orion believes this knowledge gives Orion the edge in serving its clients.
Our goal at Orion Financial Corp. is the same as it was when Alan Geiwitz started the firm—to provide top-notch, personal, and creative solutions as a financial intermediary for the benefit of our clients.

| Investment philosophy | Our investment philosophy involves: |
| • A preference to invest with a management group that is presently running the company, but will also consider the acquisition of companies by management with recent and relevant industry experience. • No requirement for a controlling equity position. • A goal to grow the company profitably and remain an investor until the management team/co-owner wants to divest. |
